Ultimo: The Drum-and-Bass Ensemble
I got to watch the unveiling of my boyf's new bass-and-drum ensemble. Yup, you heard it right. Their band Ultimo is just composed of a vocalist, bassist and drummer. When he explained why there only three members in their band, the people didn't seem to give a damn. But when they started, it was apparent that they were in awe because it became very quiet. I guess the people were amazed how they were able to pull off some great songs without a lead or rhythm guitar. The audience sang along and they enjoyed their set. They were even encouraged to buy some Ultimo shirts. haha

A Lovely Patron's Blog Post About Neekul Beanies
I accidentally saw a blog post of a buyer about my beanies! I really don't know what took me so long to see this. Hey everyone! Look what I was able to pick-up while I was in Cebu for the weekend? Finally my very own Neekul Beanies! I had to wait for these babies for 1 whole month and I ordered 2 of them.
I got one that’s in Royal Blue and Lightish Grey. They’re awesome and really cute! I love it! :)
The cloth has very good quality and it’s worth the wait.
What’s best about it is that it’s custom made! So I can assure myself that I have mine as one of a kind!
Very satisfied with my beanies! The seller(Nicole Lorenzana) as well was very polite and patient with me. Thank you so much for your time, and yes the 1 month was worth it.

As the owner of Neekul Beanies, I am giving away one beanie worth Php 300! The particular beanie that I would be giving away is this khaki slouchy beanie! This color would go well with any stylish outfit you own! Not only that, if you’re living outside Cebu, I would gladly mail your beanie to your doorstep for free!
The giveaway is open to all Philippine-based bloggers using BLOGSPOT, WORDPRESS, even TUMBLR. Submission of entries is until 11:00 p.m. of January 31, 2011. I will draw the winners on February 1 and I will post the lucky blogger at 8:00 p.m.
Why did I decide to handover one of my creations? Here are the reasons:
1. I believe that this giveaway is a great opportunity for me to get to know other web writers. Not only do I love writing, I also enjoy reading other people's works and learning about them in the process.
